The moral majority has spoken and so it shall be written....end of story. If they want things to change, they can petition the people in a peaceful way in an attempt to win over that majority. For now it will be the social institution under which a man and woman establish their decision to live as husband and wife by legal commitments, religious ceremonies, etc. In this country, we have the freedom of choice. When an individual makes a choice of what is right for them, they should not expect the majority to share in accepting their choice. I couldn’t agree more with your view on this.
